last night for dinner, jim made a modified chicken cordon bleu, using an herb crust rather than the more usual breadcrumb version. it was divine. he really is a wonderful cook, and this week has promised to cook every night, except thursday, when i am to make baked ziti. mmmmm, ziti...
what with my newfound resolve to get rid of things, and make our small living space more navigable, it is not so difficult to cook, nor clean up. we still have way too much stuff, but it is somewhat less than last month, and it is organized in a better manner.
